How do I know it’s time to fix my roof?

Look for signs like leaks, missing shingles, sagging spots, granules in gutters, visible damage, higher energy bills, or an aging roof. If you notice any of these, it’s a good time to give us a call.

What material is best for my roof?

The right roofing material depends on your roof’s pitch, your budget, local climate, and how long you want it to last.

For Low-Pitched Roofs

  • Silicone: Great for waterproofing and UV protection. Extends the life of existing roofs.
  • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin): Lightweight, energy-efficient, and resistant to tears and chemicals.
  • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): Durable, fire- and chemical-resistant, and highly energy efficient.
  • Torch-Down: A strong, waterproof system using layers of modified bitumen applied with heat.

For Roofs with 3/12 Pitch or Higher

  • Asphalt Shingles: Affordable, flexible, and available in many styles and colors.
  • Metal Roofing: Durable, modern, and energy efficient.
  • Tile or Shake Roofing: Heavy, stylish and long-lasting, with a variety of textures and finishes.

Not all roofing projects can start in winter. Contact us to explore your options and find the best time for your roof replacement.
