We have an older home in Ballard with a flat roof over the garage. We received 4 bids and went with Flat Roof Pros because of Andres. He gave us a bid then we had a ton of questions and he patiently went through all of the options as we were planning to replace a floating deck on top of the roof. He was really kind and explained things really well and we decided to go with him. They were tidy, efficient and they ended up doing our neighbors adjoining garage roof at the same time. From the time of meeting the foreman of the project, to their excellent emails to keep track the job issues and timing, it was exactly as an 86-year-old homeowner would wish, that is, always in communication with management. Their Team always showed up exactly on time, and fully prepared with roofing supplies as they needed them.
