We have been our home for 25 years, and this tear off-roof job of the old black hot tar material and replacing it with this new white material by Flat Roof Pros was the most satisfying, professional, superior job that we have ever had by their extremely professional Crew. From the Bidding process to the finished product, it was seamless, stressless and exactly on time, with not a speck of clean-up to be done by me. From the time of meeting the foreman of the project, to their excellent emails to keep track the job issues and timing, it was exactly as an 86-year-old homeowner would wish, that is, always in communication with management. Their Team always showed up exactly on time, and fully prepared with roofing supplies as they needed them. I would give them 10 stars if possible.  Finally, they were so efficient and quick it was amazing compared to the other roofers I had in the past.

We were on the hunt to get our entire townhouse roof replaced this summer and ended up going with Flat Roof Pros. Yuriy was very helpful during his (free!) inspection of our townhouse's PVC roof. Even though the roof was a little on the older side, he didn't pressure us into replacing it instantly, because it was still holding up well. Instead, he provided tons of tips for maintaining the roof myself so it can last even longer! He was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. When I do need to replace the roof eventually, I'll definitely call them again.

I have a 65 year old house with a low sloop roof that wasn't particularly well built. I knew it was going to need extensive work. The crew from Flat Roof showed up when they said and put in 10 plus hour days for 6 days to get it done. I was impressed by the work ethic, attention to detail, and the quality of the roof. There were some detail work that I would have never have noticed had they not done it. I had other bids but I felt they "didn't see" some of the problems so that they could under bid and then up sell when the problems appeared. Flat Roof Pros where up front with the issues right from the beginning. It was the most expensive bid but an honest one. I also had correspondence with their office and a few times during the week and the staff there was always polite and quickly responded to all questions and concerns. From beginning to end I felt I was dealing with a professional outfit.

These guys are top notch! Timely, efficient and neat.
