We are thoroughly impressed with the GE Silicone roof restoration project Flat Roof Pros NW completed on our condominium building in January. We gathered several bids and met with contractors last summer and learned a lot during the process. Yuriy Senchenko's professional expertise, use of technology, drone photos and videos, and education with our board was first class. His crew did a fantastic job completing the project in a week during dry January. We were kept informed during the project with daily photos showing what was completed that day.

David came out to inspect our flat roof with deck area. He was very friendly, professional, and took plenty of time explaining things while we were up on the roof. He even removed a deck piece to check the area underneath, which was appreciated. We were happy with the thorough inspection overall and would recommend them for roof checks!

They came and did and honest assessment of my roof to locate a leak that 3 other roofers/ handymen missed. Unlike the other roofers we contacted, they didn’t do a hard sell on getting a new roof, and seemed like the first honest assessment I received. They had great communication throughout, though my appointment had to be pushed back due to rain. We have a flat roof townhome that is prone to water damage. After the recent storms in Seattle we noticed some leaks in our bathroom ceiling we believed stemmed from the roof. We have Servpro come out initially as they specialize in interior water / mold damage remediation and they immediately recommended Flat Roof Pros to diagnose the root cause of the internal water damage. I called them at 12pm and by EOD they had the problem identified and had a temporary stop in place to prevent further water damage until weather allows for us to do a full repair. They were excellent.

I have a 65 year old house with a low sloop roof that wasn't particularly well built. I knew it was going to need extensive work. The crew from Flat Roof showed up when they said and put in 10 plus hour days for 6 days to get it done. I was impressed by the work ethic, attention to detail, and the quality of the roof. There were some detail work that I would have never have noticed had they not done it. I had other bids but I felt they "didn't see" some of the problems so that they could under bid and then up sell when the problems appeared. Flat Roof Pros where up front with the issues right from the beginning. It was the most expensive bid but an honest one. I also had correspondence with their office and a few times during the week and the staff there was always polite and quickly responded to all questions and concerns. From beginning to end I felt I was dealing with a professional outfit.

Yuriy was very helpful during his (free!) inspection of our townhouse's PVC roof. Even though the roof was a little on the older side, he didn't pressure us into replacing it instantly, because it was still holding up well. Instead, he provided tons of tips for maintaining the roof myself so it can last even longer! He was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. When I do need to replace the roof eventually, I'll definitely call them again.

Flat Roof Pros, Inc did an excellent job for us, applying a reflective coating on our flat roof. This included pressure washing and preparing the surface for the reflective coating. The job was done in a very timely manner. The friendly and courteous team doing the job worked steadily. Clean up afterwards was very satisfactory. We now have a coating that will reduce the heat from the sun and extend the life of our roof. Pictures of the roof before and after are provided by the company. No complaints only compliments. Just had Flat Roof Pro's out for an annual inspection on a 2 year old roof. The inspector (David) was on time, professional, and followed up with a detailed report with photos. I'll have them back next year.

Great company to have work on your roof. I was provided an accurate estimate with pictures. When the workers were here they took before and after pictures with videos that I appreciated. Their fees were reasonable and were very competitive with others I have no regrets using them to repair my flat roof and would use them again. Sidenote: their work comes with a warranty!
